INTRO to ASHTANGA
Specialized sequence of traditional yoga poses practiced with proper pranayama. You will work the primary series derived from the teachings of K. Pattabhi Jois. Challenging yet accessible to any level yogi.

A set sequence of postures that are worked through two rounds. Once with long holds, & then a second time with MUCH longer holds.
