This class will create strength, freedom and flexibility in the body, mind and spirit.
Gentle Yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
Ashtanga (eight limbs) is a specialzed sequence of postures and breathing technique that promotes strength, flexibility, and balance. This style of practice allows one to go deeper into the physical poses, while simultaneously encouraging a state of awareness that can bring calm and personal growth. In this class, students will be guided through short form of the primary series as derived from the teachings of K. Pattabhi Jois which has been adapted to be accessible yet challenging.
A slow-flowing approach to Vinyasa incorporating shortly held asanas with attention to alignment and breath why linking movement and building Prana (energy) during transitions through a classic Vinyasa practice. Classes begin with warm-up postures to open spine and hips progressing into sun saluations and ending with deep stretchings postures with a long savasana, breathwork, and a short meditation.

YIN YANG FLOW
This practice allows for you to cultivate a space of balance, moving through equal parts Yang and Yin. Build a moving meditation through a sequence of poses engaging breath, strength and balance. Allowing your body to become grounded, transitioning to longer holding surrender poses. You will leave feeling invigorated, uplifted and relaxed for a peaceful evening.
