Vinyasa
Suitable for all levels. In this transformation style of yoga we practice asana in a moving meditation, linking poses with the flow of the breath, music, mantra & yoga philosophy. A practice of effort and ease ,we move at a steady pace building heat, endurance, flexibility & strength and ultimately, inner stillness.
Hot Strength & Flow
This class is designed to help you build strength as you use your body weight through strength and cardio movements. adding the traditional yoga Vinyasa flows to make your workout and work in practice complete. breathing practice at the end to have a full recovery. all levels are welcome as we offer modifications and variations.
Slow Flow
Hatha yoga and traditional flow class designed for all levels. Sun salutations and traditional Hatha movements. During the practice, we will be adding pranayama breathing techniques that will help us to go deeper into the practice. Medium heated class
Sculpt & Stretch
This heated fusion yoga class combines elements from sculpt, hatha, and yin yoga, providing a unique and invigorating experience that targets both the physical and mental aspects of your well-being. The sculpt portion of the class focuses on strength and toning, using weights and bodyweight exercises to challenge your muscles and enhance your flexibility. Hatha yoga helps to align and calm the mind through a series of traditional poses and breathing techniques, promoting balance and relaxation. Finally, yin yoga provides deep stretching and release, allowing you to sink into poses for longer periods and access deeper layers of tension and stress. So come join us on the mat and experience the transformative power of combining sculpt, hatha, and yin yoga in one dynamic and challenging class.
Yoga Fundamentals / Gentle Flow
From beginning to end, this gentle and mindful yoga practice will be guided with calmness and mindfulness that invites both the body and the mind to slow down. Savor your yoga practice with deep stretching and a mindful, breath-centered slow flow with longer holding poses to lengthen muscles, increase stamina, increase flexibility and improve balance. A longer warmup start to the class will lead into a gentle practice with a generous sprinkle of alignment cues, and will conclude in longer-holding stretches. Class will wrap up with a lovely savasana complete with cool aromatherapy cloths and a gentle temple massage. Modifications will be offered so practice is tailored to both beginners and those more experienced. See you on the mat!
