Hatha yoga and traditional flow class designed for all levels. Sun salutations and traditional Hatha movements. During the practice, we will be adding pranayama breathing techniques that will help us to go deeper into the practice. Medium heated class.
Suitable for all levels. In this transformation style of yoga we practice asana in a moving meditation, linking poses with the flow of the breath, music, mantra & yoga philosophy. Apractice of effort and easewe move at a steady pace building heat, endurance, flexibility & strength and ultimately, inner stillness.
Traditional Sun Salutations with guided breathing practice at the end to recover / Power Flow can be combined with strength training and cardio. (weights are optional).

This class is designed to help you build strength as you use your body weight through strength and cardio movements. adding the traditional yoga Vinyasa flows to make your workout and work in practice complete. breathing practice at the end to have a full recovery. all levels are welcome as we offer modifications and variations.
