My yoga lifestyle started about 12 Years ago when I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease.
I’ve always been super passionate about nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. I love to work out and take care of myself. However, after the diagnosis, I started thinking about how important it is to connect the mind, body and spirit. During my first Yoga class, and my first pose, my life completely changed. I began practicing Yoga every single day, and honoring my body by recognizing how every day is a gift.
The yoga classes helped me to become healthier little by little, which brought me to the decision to pursue a certification in Yoga and Nutritional Coaching. I completed the 200 Hours YTT at Yoga360, along with 500 hours tantra kundalini yoga, and 300 hours vinyasa. I also have my certification as a health coach from IIN (Institute from Integrative Nutrition). Both disciplines are very important in my life and helping others to find balance in their life (not only in their poses) is my passion!
