I am Mandy Flannery and I have been practicing yoga for 15 years. Through my practice I grown stronger, more fearless, and more aware of my body, breath, and true self. I am a 500 hour RYT, I completed my training with Edge Yoga School in Naperville, and completed additional training in yin yoga, trauma informed yoga, and meditation. My classes combine playful sequencing, lighthearted spirit, all bound together with strength building and powerful intentions to help my students deepen their practice. My workshops tie together foundational elements of yoga theory and philosophy with practical hands-on alignment and anatomy experience so my students feel confident in their knowledge and abilities on the mat. When I’m not on my mat, I enjoy wine tasting with my husband, spending time with my pup in our backyard by the water, and reading The Lord of Rings for the hundredth time.
