My yoga journey began in 2020. I wanted to find a way to exercise that worked for me. I have a heart condition as well as hardware in my spine. After several years of having others tell me my limits, I started taking classes and really began to enjoy the elements of the practice. I noticed that I was getting stronger and seeing physical benefits.
In the summer of 2022 I decided to earn my 200 Hours YTT through My Vinyasa Practice. I completed the program in October 2022.
I love to teach! I used to teach special education and will always be an advocate! I just want to send joy to others and share my love for the practice. Looking forward to having others join me on this journey and spreading kindness and love!
