Bernie began her journey in yoga in 2018 when she discovered Yoga as a way to recover from tremendous back pain and aches. She immediately fell in love. As she continued to deepen her practice and developed a strong passion and desire for health and wellness, and Mind-Body connection, she made a decision to teach in 2020. She loves the combination of vinyasa, high-intensity, weights, cardio, and stretching. She believes yoga works miracles for the mind, body, and soul and has helped her manage stress, anxiety, and living in the present moment. Bernie is excited to meet new students and share the beauty and miracles of Yoga.
