Liz started her yoga journey by stepping into a class for flexibility. But through her journey she was inspired by the uplifting energy she felt in class. That’s when she knew she wanted more. Liz got her 200 hour YTT training with Brenda Temme through Life Power Yoga. Through Liz’s yoga training she learned to connect to her inner spirit and breath. With that Liz wanted to teach her students that awareness and connection. Liz’s life has been filled with fitness. She has run marathons, been a competitive gymnast and has taught group fitness. But it was yoga that connected her to inner peace and joy. When she is not on her mat, Liz enjoys her family and friends and surrounds herself with people with great energy.
