Diana has been passionate about healthy living, nutrition, and natural healing for many years. When she began yoga several years ago to destress, she found a new passion and can’t imagine her life without yoga. She loves the inner peace, awareness and focus that yoga brings, with the added benefits of strength and flexibility.
Diana recently completed her 200-hour teacher training with Brenda Temme at LifePower Yoga, so that she could help others feel the beautiful amazing power of yoga that she has experienced. She looks forward to always learning, growing and sharing on this yoga journey.
True lasting happiness, peace and wisdom are inside of us. We just need to quiet down the mind and body enough to experience that stillness within.
